Outlook for Monday to Wednesday: Generally warm or very warm, with long sunny spells and light winds, and some warm and humid nights at times. However, Wednesday may be cloudier whilst dry.
UK Outlook for Wednesday 16 Jun 2021 to Friday 25 Jun 2021: Likely remaining warm, perhaps very warm, and humid towards the southeast at first with the risk of a few thunderstorms developing from the south later Wednesday into Thursday. Further north and west cloud and rain will bring fresher conditions during Wednesday. The fresher air is then likely to spread to the rest of the country bringing a change to widely cooler more changeable conditions for the rest of the week, with a low risk of warm and humid air returning to the far southeast at times. Through this period there is reasonable agreement for an Atlantic influence to bring occasional spells of rain or showers interspersed with drier and sunnier conditions. Overall, temperatures are likely to be close to, or perhaps slightly below average.

Mountsorrel is a village in Leicestershire on the River Soar, just south of Loughborough with a population of 6,662 inhabitants. A castle was built in 1080 by Hugh Lupus, but there is evidence of an earlier Norman settlement in the area in the form of pottery fragments. A Roman villa is supposed to have existed on Broad Hill during the 4th century AD, the site of today's quarry, as quarrying during the late 1800s revealed many artefacts including a preserved wooden bucket. However, the first recording of the village was in 1377, when it had a population of 156.

The Mountsorrel Weather Station is located in Mountsorrel which is just South of Loughborough andjust North of Leicester, Leicestershire.
